Naogen Soysauce Co.,Ltd was established in 1825 in the town of Oono in Kanazawa.
Made of all natural ingredients. To make a bottle (20 g) of Crystalized Shoyu, 75 g of condensed naturally fermented soy sauce is used.
You can use this crystallized shoyu to sprinkle on any foods, even on ice cream or any dessert of your choice.
