Hojicha is gently roasted to produce a unique flavor and a reddish-brown color.  This tea is earthy and smooth with a clean finish.  It is often enjoyed after a meal.
 
Directions:  Steep 1 tablespoon for no more than 30-60 seconds in water 80-90˚C (176-194˚F).
