About the event
Join Wabi Sabi Japan Living Saturday, December 22nd, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm, for an interactive class on the hot pot dish Sukiyaki. Sukiyaki is a hot pot Japanese dish cooked and served in a Nabe cast iron pot communal style at a dining room table. This filling dish consists of vegetables and meat which are slowly simmered in a softly sweet savory broth.
