Join Wabi Sabi Japan Living Saturday, April 18th,12:30PM for Ramen 101 cooking demonstration via Facebook Live, www.Facebook.com/WabiSabiJapanLiving . This is an excellent class and it's what started our Ramen Pop-Up dinners, Ni-Chome Ramen.  We'll share an Instant Pot recipe with you and demonstrate how to do it... but in 30 minutes.  We  take you through the 5 key ingredients for Ramen and discuss how to make the broth, tare (concentrated soup), and toppings.  

Although it takes time at home, you can make enough broth to store in the freezer for future Ramen meals at home.
