Join us on our Facebook page "Wabi Sabi Japan Living" for this Facebook Live cooking demonstration on Yakitori Saturday, March 28th from 12:30PM - 1:30PM. Grilled chicken on skewers, or yakitori, is a quintessential Japanese soul food. We'll talk about our experience with Yakitori, the history of Yakitori and how to make a killer Yakitori sauce that can be used for other meats and as a marinade.
