About The Event

This will be our first event in which you will be able to cook along with us at home with all of the same ingredients we use.  There are 3 options for you.

Option A) Purchase your reserved food ingredients pre-portioned for you to cook at home along with us 

Option B) Buy your ingredients in your local area and cook along with us

Option C) Watch the cooking demo without cooking along with us

Option A)  Pre-Packed Ingredients (you will prep these at home, e.g., chop carrots)

•1 Dashi Kombu sheet

•1/2 tbsp Torigara

•2 tbsp Dashi

•3 Chicken Thighs

•1/2-1 Medium Firm Tofu cubed

•1 Carrot 

•4 chopped (2-3’ chunks) Scallions

•Or 1 Tokyo Negi Onion (2-3’ chunks)

•1/3 Napa Cabbage

•1/2 pack Enoki Mushrooms

•5 Shiitake Mushroom 

(option to buy Yuzu Ponzu below for the dipping sauce)

Option B

Purchase the above ingredients along with Yuzu Ponzu where you live
