About the event
Join Wabi Sabi Japan Living Saturday, November 17th, from 4-6PM, to learn about Yakitori. Yakitori is a meat and/or vegetable skewered dish cooked over hot coals. The cooking demonstration will go over the history of Yakitori and various types. We'll show you how to cook Yakitori on a Yakitori grill. The Yakitori grills will be available for purchase.
