Gather with us this Saturday, June 13, at 5:30 PM as we kick off our summer cooking series with light, flavorful dishes designed for warm weather and easy entertaining.
Throughout the summer, we'll explore a variety of Japanese recipes including cold noodle salads, seasonal vegetable dishes, refreshing sides, and simple main courses that bring bright flavors and fresh ingredients to the table. These recipes are approachable, versatile, and perfect for Palm Springs summer dining.
Inspired by flavors and techniques we encountered during our recent trip to Japan, each demonstration will focus on creating balanced, satisfying dishes that are quick enough for everyday meals while still capturing the beauty and simplicity of Japanese home cooking.
