Gather with us this Saturday, June 6, at 5:30 PM as we return from Japan with fresh inspiration, new discoveries, and seasonal Japanese recipes to share. Experience the warmth and comfort of Japanese home cooking through dishes that highlight layered flavor, thoughtful ingredients, and the spirit of gathering around the table.
From comforting donabe creations to fresh techniques and ingredients we explored during our travels, this evening’s cooking demo celebrates the beauty of Japanese cuisine—simple, balanced, and deeply satisfying.
Seating is limited—reservations only.
Call ahead if you need a chair with a back. There are 8 chairs with backs and 12 button stools.
