Who: The guys from Wabi Sabi Japan Living bring to you "Ni-Chome Ramen"

What: 4 Course Dinner --- Choice of either pre-fixe 

 A) Vegan Ramen

                        or 

 B) Tonkotsu Ramen

  • Beer, wine and non-alcohol drinks available for purchase prior to event (options to purchase below)

When:        Sunday, July 30th --- 1st seating at 5:30 PM & 2nd Seating at 7:30 PM

Where: Four Seasons Lodge, 3800 Four Seasons Dr. (drive north on Sunrise until the end.  East (right) side entrance

Price: $39.95 with onsite parking

Please join us for a 4 course pre-fixe ramen noodles dinner Sunday, July 30th at 5:30PM or at 7:30PM.  An evening of food, drink and education at the Four Seasons Lodge. 

A little bit about the Vegan broth. It's a creamy vegetable broth base with soy milk, miso and sesame. It is truly scrumptious. 

The Tonkotsu Broth is Hakata style which is a beautiful beige white broth with savory aromatic notes.  

When you arrive at the Four Seasons Lodge, you will sign in at the front desk and then directed to the dining area to the left.  

The first round of tickets is open to Four Seasons Palm Springs residents only.  If you do not live at the Four Seasons Palm Springs and you buy a Four Seasons Palm Springs resident ticket, we will refund your ticket and contact you to let you know so you can purchase the general ticket.  General tickets will be a different invite that will be available July week 3.  Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

“Our recipes were developed over time spent in Japan eating at local places.  We're foodies but not in the Michelin sense but more of the Anthony Bourdain way.  Religiously we visit Yakitori Alley of Shinjuku and Shimabashi and we visit the Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki street vendors in and around Tsukiji market.  We eat Ramen from Hokkaido to Kyushu and have a great appreciation for the varieties and methods.  But we also make a point of knowing the best Ramen places in So Cal.  To perfect our recipes, we practice over and over while reaching out to friends and family back in Japan until we get it just right.  The recipes are the culmination of 15+ years spent exploring, eating, and learning.
