Sake infused with natural jalapeño and wasabi flavors and blended with premium vodka. Jalapeño and wasabi build upon one another resulting in alternating layers of heat and smoke.

Mix Recipes​

• Siracha Jalapeño Wasabi Bloody Mary​

  • 3 oz Sabé Jalapeño​

  • 3 oz tomato juice

  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp horseradish

  • 3 dashes Sriracha (to taste)

  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 pinch salt & pepper, each

    • Build over fresh ice (no shaking required). Garnish with celery & olives.​

• Pineapple Jalapeño​ Gimlet

  • 3 oz Sabé Jalapeño​

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.5 fresh pineapple juice

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

    • Build over fresh ice (no shaking required). Garnish with pineapple slice.​​
