Japanese Recipes — #1 Hokkaido Salmon Hot Pot, Ishikari Nabe, #2 Japanese Hot Pot Rice Porridge, Ojiya
Our October 11th demo featured a two-part donabe experience — Ishikari Nabe, a salmon hot pot from Hokkaido simmered in miso-butter broth, followed by Ojiya, a soothing rice porridge created from its remaining broth. Together, they captured the spirit of Japanese recipes: simple, nourishing, and beautifully complete.
